William Quarmine

Regional Researcher - Development Economist


After graduating from Wageningen in 2013, William worked with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) as a Monitoring and Evaluation expert, before moving into academia where he served as a lecturer and later Academic Dean. Throughout this period, William worked as a research consultant for various development organizations.
