Sarfraz Munir has over 25 years of experience in environmentally sustainable irrigated agriculture, climate smart water management, modernization and digitalization of irrigation systems, hydrologic analysis and capacity building. He is currently involved in the following projects: Capacity Building for Climate Change Adaptation in South Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan), Water Management for Enhanced Productivity – Component Lead of Agricultural Water Management and Governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan and Australia Pakistan Water Security Initiative (APWSI) – Groundwater modelling of Islamabad, Pakistan.
