Najeeb Ullah’s experience is in program management and development, and monitoring, evaluation and learning. He has over 14 years of diverse experience in designing programs for water, agriculture, climate finance and education. Ullah also has program implementation experience with the the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, European Union, CGIAR, USAID, US State Department and World Bank funded projects and programs. He has expertise in donor reporting requirements, baselines, and independent and third-party evaluations for complex projects and interventions.
