He has spearheaded crisis management, business continuity planning and change management as a key member of a multinational cooperate change management and global crisis management team to suit new ways of working by introducing industry best practices. Perera has expertise in large projects and the design and implementation of lasting business strategies. He is experienced in managing projects from start to end, within allocated budgets, enabling businesses to achieve significant overhead savings while transforming from traditional ways of working to contemporary real estate trends. Perera also has expertise in corporate security and administration and conflict resolution which he gained through implementing, surveying and reviewing corporate security measures to meet global multinational corporate security standards, successfully facing corporate security surveys and audits of multiple manufacturing sites and warehouses. He is resilient and resourceful, adept at “thinking on his feet” to meet challenges head on and resolve complex problems while leading operations, enabling successful collaboration across cross-functional teams and working in a multicultural and inclusive environment and collaborating among team members across the globe.
