Isuru Jayathissa specializes in hydrological modeling and water balance assessments using the Water Accounting Plus (WA+) framework. With expertise in Python, Jayathissa processes large-scale temporal and spatial datasets, utilizing libraries like NumPy, GDAL and Raster for geospatial analysis. He has experience working with remote sensing data, cloud platforms like AWS and Google Earth Engine and has successfully applied the WA+ model to basins in Africa and the MENA region.
