Gaber Abdellatif is an environmental researcher and policy analyst dedicated to addressing the global challenges in sustainable development, water security, food security and poverty elimination. His approach emphasizes connecting natural and social science insights to formulate pragmatic and impactful policy recommendations drawing on experience from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Africa and global studies. Abdellatif contributes to IWMI’s ReWater+ project, assessing water quality in the Arab region and evaluating irrigation improvement impacts in the Nile Delta. His professional background covers extensive work in integrated water resource management, solid waste. Abdellatif also consults on water services pricing and development project cost and benefit analysis.
