D. P. Wickramasinghe

D. P. Wickramasinghe (Sri Lanka) is the Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation of Sri Lanka.

He joined the Board in January 2025, as appointed representative of the government of Sri Lanka.

Wickramasinghe is a special grade officer in the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. He was the former Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Irrigation, Fisheries, Animal Production and Health, and Agrarian Services for Sri Lanka’s Western Provincial Council where he previously served as Acting Council Secretary. Wickramasinghe was also the Additional Secretary to Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Power and Energy.
