Anne-Cécile Delwaide is an experienced program and strategy advisor with a strong background in water management, public sector delivery and international development. She previously held management roles in New Zealand and Africa across public infrastructure, agriculture and research sectors. Delwaide brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational leadership and on-the-ground experience across sectors and regions.

Delwaide holds a Master of Science in Agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the Université de Liège and an International Master of Science in Rural development from Ghent University. She is also an Master of Business Administration candidate at the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.
