Ala’a Homaidan

Project Coordinator


Ala’a Homaidan is a result-oriented project coordinator with over 14 years of experience in the private sector and Non-Government Organizations leading national and regional projects in development and emergency contexts. She currently coordinates a portfolio of projects with a primary focus on building resilience for refugees and host communities under the Jahez project in Jordan. Homaidan is skilled in project implementation, operations management, multi-stakeholder coordination and technical support. She has a strong background in water reuse, the Water-Energy-Food-Environment nexus, soil and water management and climate-smart agriculture. Homaidan has extensive experience with fieldwork, research and engagement with local communities. She also has expertise in capacity building, proposal development and integrated resource management, with a commitment to driving sustainable, inclusive and scalable solutions.
